SHIPPING RATES are calculated by our computer, and the rates are set as a single shipment.
If a single order is placed on the web with in stock items and preorder items. We may decide to go ahead
and ship instock items. Additional freight charges will be added to orders that require multiple shipment.
SHIPPING DAMAGE: If by some chance you get a damaged item please keep the packaging it came in. Email
our service department at paypal@diecastauto.com and they will provide instructions. Keep all original packing materials!
RETURNS: If you are unhappy with your purchase please email us at sales@diecastauto.com.
All Sale items are new in box. The low prices of our Sale items do not allow us to offer
our normal return policy. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges on sale items. Outbound shipping
charges are not refundable on sale items. Sale items are those that have the normal price shown with a line thru it,
and the sale price shown in red next to it.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We do take international (outside the USA) orders. Input your order on the
website. A price quote for shipping will be emailed to you before any charges are made. If you use paypal on
International orders, they will charge your account before the shipping quote is made.
