SHIPPING RATES are calculated by our computer, and the rates are set as a single shipment. If a single order is placed on the web with in stock items and preorder items. We may decide to go ahead and ship instock items. If additional freight is required we will contact you. Our computer system has also been known to make mistakes. If we find any dicrepincies in your freight charge we will let you know.
DAMAGES: If by some chance you get a damaged item please keep the packaging it came in. Email our service department at service@diecastauto.com and they will provide instuctions.
